John Stamos is doing some pretty significant spring cleaning this year, starting with the recent listing of his longtime Beverly Hills home, Variety reports. The Full House actor recently put his Mediterranean-inspired estate on the market for $6.75 million. He’s owned the 4,000-square-foot abode since May 2005, when he snapped it up for $3.57 million.
Featuring four bedrooms and four bathrooms, the home is located within a gated and guarded community just off Mulholland Drive, and is part of the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood. An almost fairy-tale-like growth of ivy thickets covers much of the outside of the home, with a series of broad stone steps leading up to the front door.
Inside, the house opens onto a cavernous great room with an elegant wood-burning fireplace, high vaulted ceilings, and dark hardwood floors. Two sets of French doors open out onto the sunny outdoors. Accessible through the living room is a sunlit formal dining room with a beamed ceiling and three picture windows overlooking the valley below. At present, an entire wall full of eclectic framed photos adds color to the otherwise more monochromatic space.
